Johnson Kachidza is a serial entrepreneur and Co-founder of Simwin Sports based in New York, US. He had a spread of govt. operated roles as Executive Chairman, President, and CFO. As Co-Founder & CFO, he grew an $eight million sales IT services business enterprise to over $two hundred million in revenues, along with international enlargement to Brazil, taking the business enterprise public through a reverse merger in the procedure, in the end divesting the USA operations to unlock shareholder cost. Johnson Kachindza Married to Regina Kachidza, who is also an entrepreneur and Co-Founder president Of Short Stay Global.
Johnson Regina Kachidza started his career as an Engineer at General Electric before becoming a member of JP Morgan after which Merrill Lynch as an investment banker targeted on M&A, debt, equity and fairness-related offerings.

Entrepreneurship is a process, a journey, not the destination; a means, not an end. 1. Idea generation:
To generate an idea, the entrepreneurial process has to go through three stages:
. Germination:
This is like the planting process, not as a seed plant. It is more like the natural seeding. Most creative ideas can be linked to the interests of an individual or curiosity about a specific problem or area of study.
. Preparation:
Once the seed of curiosity interest has taken the form of a focused idea creative people begin searching for answers to problems. Inventors will go on creating laboratories; engineering designers think of new ideas for products and vendors will study the buying habits of the consumer.
. Incubation:
This is a step in the business process enters the subconscious intellectualization. The subconscious mind is bound to unrelated ideas in order to find a solution.
2. Feasibility study:
The feasibility study is done to see if the idea can be commercially viable. It passes through two steps:
. Illumination:
After generating an idea, this is the stage where the idea is regarded as a realistic creation. The flowering stage idea is critical because the ideas themselves have no meaning.
. Check:
This is the latest to verify the most realistic and useful for application ideas. Verification is concerned about the practicality to implement an idea and explore its usefulness to society and the employer.
